I got an audio a4 avant s line from here and whay a great service. I reserved it online viewed and test drove it with no issues. The owner is so pleasant helpful and professional. To me what matters the most is the after sale care had one issue and they sorted it for me.now that first class service. I love the car and will definitely be a returning customer.

Visited carpoint my son wanted golf r line Richard is lovely not pushy let you look and drive arranged finance drive away same day also viewed a Vw camper and bought that . Richard is so helpful always answer your calls few hiccups with the van but Richard has sorted it instantly will be my turn for a car next and I know where I shall be going definitely 5 ⭐

Excellent service sales man very helpful but not pushy like some I've come across. He gave me all the time I required to view vehicle by .myself and not hover around me but available to answer any questions. I did not feel pressurised in any way. I wish there were more like him

There was no pressure applied at all and I was left alone to view the car. This is a rare experience and I do not know why other companies cannot adopt this approach.

Met Richard at Carpoint UK in Newport, yesterday. He was friendly and knowledgeable in cars listed. Was extremely helpful and not pushy for a sale. We test drove the car - MG GS, superb car, excellent run, price on point as well. From start to finish, of sale, it was superbly quick and simple. I would highly recommend visiting Richard at Carpoint UK, Newport for fantastic car sales experience. P.S. Must recommend doing a reserve deposit as this is what secured me the car.
